This session will provide teachers an overview of the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines. Understanding end-of-year student outcomes and expectations is an essential part of lesson planning. This foundational learning session focuses on how to identify the domains, skills, student end-of-year outcomes, teacher instructional strategies, and student behaviors in the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and use them as the basis for actionable lessons and activities with measurable results. Participants will also learn how to use The Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines to support the learning environment, assessment, English Learners, Early Childhood Special Education, and a diverse group of learners.

This session is free to all Districts/Charter Schools/Private Schools who have committed to the Region 10 Early Childhood Package. All non-Region 10 package participants will pay $100.00 per person for this event.
