Learn how to implement 11 strategies that will foster an environment conducive to language acquisition and content while instilling confidence in students. You will leave with a bank of instructional strategies AND language acquisition strategies. **This blended session will include a live introduction zoom session to build background knowledge, time for independent practice to apply strategies and a follow up zoom to reflect, share, and synthesize the learning.** Zoom meeting dates are scheduled on the following dates: Session #1 July 7-July 9 Zoom # Date Time Zoom 1 July 7 3:00-4:00 Zoom 2 July 9 3:00-4:00 Participants are expected to actively participate in both live zoom sessions and to complete the assigned independent work in order to earn 4 hours of credit.
