Restorative Practices in the Classroom 1
Restorative Practice in the Classroom Agreements and Affective Language Training

Region 10 provides information, support and training to assist districts, campuses, and charter schools in the implementation of restorative practices which can improve relationships among students and teachers, reduce disciplinary problems and build community.

Important Session Information:

Zoom Meeting - NOT HELD AT REGION 10

The most informal approach to restorative practices is through the use of affective language. These crucial tools allow for real expression for both positive or negative behavior. Using affective statements or “expressing your feelings” is the easiest way to connect to another person. Affective questions help us reframe our thinking when dealing with conflict.
