In this session, participants will explore rules, guidelines, and practices for facilitating Admission, Review and Dismissal Committee (ARDC)/Language Proficiency Acquisition Committee (LPAC) collaboration to ensure that students receive appropriate special education (SPED) and bilingual (BL)/English as a Second Language (ESL) language acquisition services in accordance with federal and state rules and regulations.
