Through the Library Lens
Digital Citizenship: Cultivating a #DigCit State of Mind

This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.

Important Session Information:

Who teaches your students about positive digital behavior? In today’s 1:1 environments, it is no longer an option NOT to address digital citizenship in your school. The campus librarian is often the "designated digcit expert" which provides a unique opportunity for you to become a digital culture change agent! Come to this session to help move your campus beyond the traditional thinking of digital citizenship as simply “not cyberbullying," and walk away with lots of resources to help all stakeholders better understand this important set of concepts and skills.  Join Nancy Watson, Region 10 Digital Learning consultant as she shares her knowledge and experience with the world of education and digital citizenship.

Please bring a charged device capable of internet connection.

NO Charge for Region 10 Library Cooperative members. In-Region, Non-coop members will be charged $150.00 at check out. If paying by a P.O. please send a copy of the PO to Mary Matzek at mary.matzek@region10.org
