Assessment Academy




This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.


Important Session Information:


The LOTE TEKS ask for demonstration of student performance in the target language, but how do we measure it?  In this session, participants will learn how to identify the parameters of student language performance and design an aligned communicative assessment that provides opportunities for students to show what they can do with the target language. Participants must attend both days in order to receive credit.

There are two price tiers for this event:

  1. Members of the LOTE/Fine Arts Cooperative receive FREE registration.
  2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not in the LOTE/Fine Arts Cooperative pay $300.00.
