Fine Arts and LOTE at the Meadows Museum
Intercultural Influencers




This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.

Important Session Information:


Are you curious about designing interdisciplinary instruction that helps your Spanish language and/or Fine Arts students develop intercultural skills? Analyze works in the exhibition Fortuny: Friends and Followers, which explores the international influence of Spanish proto-Impressionist painter Mariano Fortuny y Marsal. Then collaborate with peers to plan an interdisciplinary lesson to take back to the classroom.  FREE with advance registration. Light refreshments provided. 

Parking is located underneath the museum.  Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing for indoor temperatures.  Light refreshments provided.
