Additional Classroom Management Strategies from Teach Like a Champion offers educators additional techniques and strategies for creating a positive and structured learning environment in their classrooms. This session provides educators with new and innovative ways to manage complex classroom dynamics. Participants will learn techniques for managing challenging behaviors, fostering positive relationships with students, and building a positive and inclusive classroom culture. The session emphasizes the importance of using proactive, preventative strategies to minimize disruptions and promote student engagement. Through this professional development, educators can further enhance their classroom management skills and create a classroom environment that supports student success.

This session is highly recommended for novice/new teachers.

Learn ways to make your library a welcoming environment, build relationships, establish clear and consistent procedures and routines, manage your time, and build a positive library culture. You will also learn about tons of programs that will make your library engaging and fun.

This work session, called W.I.N (What I Need) Time, is designed to help you apply your learning from the roadshow and take the next steps in your learning journey. It is an informal session that provides the opportunity to reflect on what you have learned, implement new ideas, and create a plan for the future. You can choose to work on your own, collaborate with other participants, or receive guidance and coaching from Region 10 consultants Laura & Kathryn. This is a participant-driven space where YOU take charge of your own learning and get exactly what you need out of this experience. This block of time offers a chance to dive deeper into learning and create next steps that work for YOU.
