LSCI views conflicts or stressful incidents as opportunities for learning, growth, insight, and change. The skills explored in this training can provide professionals with a roadmap to understand the dynamics of conflicts in school and organizational settings, to understand how a young person’s brain responds to stressful experiences through a trauma-informed lens, and to prevent and de-escalate problem situations.
