This Teaching & Learning professional learning opportunity will provide content, material, and strategies to assist educators in meeting the needs of students in their district.

Important Breakout Information:

Experience the 2019 Region 10 Fine Arts Summit, a one-day learning extravaganza for teachers of Visual Art, Music, Theatre and Dance.  This year's event includes featured sessions by Region 10 Teacher of the Year, Ms. Beth Poquette Drews, plus a variety of learning experiences lead by Fine Arts teachers and arts organizations.  Come learn from the best educators in Region 10 and rejuvenate yourself for a creative and joyful summer.  

To offer more flexibility, participants can register for all or parts of the summit, either the morning block of sessions (8:00-11:30), the afternoon block of sessions (12:30-4:00) or BOTH.

All sessions are first come, first served EXCEPT SPECIAL SESSIONS on the schedule outlined in RED. If you would like to attend a special session, please register and pay for the summit first.  Then indicate your preference to attend a special session on this Google (Form).

  Once special sessions are filled, they will be grayed-out on the schedule.  

There are two price tiers for this event:

  1. Members of the LOTE/Fine Arts Cooperative may register for any block of the conference for FREE.
  2. R10 teachers and Out of Region teachers who are not in the LOTE/Fine Arts Cooperative pay $30 per block of sessions ($30 for morning block only, $30 for afternoon block only or $60 for both morning and afternoon blocks).

If paying by purchase order, please email a copy of purchase order to Mary Matzek at mary.matzek@region10.org  or fax a copy of PO to Mary Matzek at (972) 348-1395.
